Heat It
Use Hot to:
1. Relieve Muscle Aches and Pains
2. Relieve Minor Joint Pain
3. Promote Muscle Relaxation
Freeze It
Use Cold To:
1. Reduce Swelling and Fever
2. Relieve Minor Burns/ Bruises
3. Relieve Minor Headaches
Directions: Apply the Herb Pack on desired area for relief.
Do not apply directly on skin. Repeat as necessary, 10-30 minutes per application recommended.
Use caution when applying to sensitive parts of the body.
When using on children adult supervision is advised.
To use as a Hot Pack:
Remove all paper, staples, and plastic packaging. heat on high in microwave for 1 minute.
If the pack is not warm enought, add 15 secons heating time. If you do not have a turntable,
flip over halfway throught heating to avoid hot spots.
To reheat after usage, heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
For Moist Heat:
Mist the fabric lightly with water before heating.
Do not saturate the product.
Do not soak or get the herbs wet.
To use as a Cold Pack:
Place the pack in a plastic sealable bag and put in the freezer for at least 1 to 2 hours for a comfortable, convenient cold pack.
Caution:
For external use only.
Do not overheat.
Overheating will cause burns and will burn the product.
Side effects may occur in people with allergies to filling ingredients.
If allergies occur, discontinue use immediately.
Storage:
When not in use, store the pack in a plastic sealable bag in the freezer.
Prior to first storage, heat the pack on high in microwave for 1 minute and then store in freezer as instructed.
Filling Ingredients:
Chamomile, Cinnamon, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Rosemary, Spearmint, White Willow, Yarrow, Yellow-dock Root, Flax Seed, Wheat.
