Ankle Lift and Drop Exercise
![]() 1. Lie down on your back and put Ankle Massager (AM) under your legs between Achilles’ tendon and calves.
2. Relax your knees with legs extended. Holding one leg to the AM raise the other 10-12 inches above and drop (200~300 times). Switch and repeat (alternative: you can also try tapping one calf, then the other, back and forth if easier or lessens back pain). Pull your toes up toward the ceiling to experience a stronger sensation. You can increase repetition gradually to 1000 times a day. 3. It is better to do this exercise on an empty stomach.
![]() Wrist Lift and Drop Eexercise:
![]() 1. Place the AM in front of you and lift up your forearms with your palms facing down and gently tap your wrists/forearms on the AM at a rapid pace (2-3 minutes). 2. In the case that the practitioner cannot do the Ankle lift and drop exercise, the Wrist lift and drop exercise may be substituted. 3. We recommend people who suffer from Asthma try both Ankle and Wrist exercises together.
