How to use Hantoryum Mat 

1. Lie on your back on the Hantoryum mat 

    => Bring your feet to should width apart and your hands at a 45 degree angle and rest comfortably.
 
    => Focus on your chest as you inhale and your hands and feet as you exhale.
 
    => Breath comfortably. 

2. Lie on the mat 

    => Raise your hands and feet up to 90 degree when you inhale 

    => Pull your hands and feet down slowly with exhale 

    => put your hands on lower belly and make crossed legs with calm breathing. 

3. In training: Lie on your back with your legs shoulders width apart and your arms 

   45 degrees out from the sides of your body. Inhale and exhale deeply for 10 minutes 

   and feel your body and mind relax.
