How to Use Hantoryum Mat1. Lie on your back on the Hantoryum Mat => Bring your feet to should width apart and your hands at a 45 degree angle and rest comfortably. => Focus on your chest as you inhale and your hands and feet as you exhale. => Breath comfortably. 2. Lie on the mat => Raise your hands and feet up to 90 degree when you inhale => Pull your hands and feet down slowly with exhale => put your hands on lower belly and make crossed legs with calm breathing. 3. In training: Lie on your back with your legs shoulders width apart and your arms 45 degrees out from the sides of your body.
